Tried to make a home owners claim for a sudden slab leak, and they took literally 3 months to tell me it was denied. I know it was not this locations fault, it was their claims department, however, I don’t feel like they wanted to go to bat for me at all. StateFarm claims department is absolute trash. I ended up canceling my policies. I’ve been with StateFarm for over 20 years and they didn’t even try to keep me as a customer. Unfortunate.
